"When making Morality decisions (whether you should go Rightful/Tyrant, Christian/Old Faith), they do not affect the story overall. The Morality alignments only affect Hero loyalty, Heroes that you can recruit, some bonuses, and optional endgame missions. It is best to stick with one Morality and go all the way, as mixing and matching can result in Neutral/no bonuses."
