That being said if youre getting destroyed by a certain mission or encounter try going back to re-evaluate your team and what gear/skills they have. Can you get any helpful Castle upgrades? Potions? Skill points etc. Beyond that it can be helpful to consider how you can reduce the damage youre taking in fights and how much youre dealing each round. Especially against the seelie/unseelie if youre above normal then you need kill, cc, be far enough they cant hit you, or make sure theyre hitting a target you know can withstand the hits. (Preferably in that order)
Also might be helpful to look at your mortality and what units you're getting in addition to bonus'. Its a lot easier to recommend a solid cc heavy team for a tyrant old faith run for example.
And my main problem is not even with fog knights and winter witches. Athey are not half as bad. The main culprint are those axe throwing changelings that come in large numbers and cause so much stun in a siggle turn that it is not even fun.
Ppl rant about all over the place difficulty because it is ! Normal and below is just ridiculously easy up to end of Act2, then Hard or above is way to hard on Sidhe mission in Act3 ...If at least it was the other way round it'll be berable, but you can't ask ppl to bump up/down difficulty every act because designers and testers didn't do their balance job...
Earth Shaker works great on Fogbringers. And it's very satisfying to kill two at once and freeze a couple other enemies at the same time.
People usually come to the forums to rant, ask questions, or beg the devs for changes.
This is a rant thread. The Unseelie are ridiculous. Game needs to be fixed.
