You can actually calculate this - the loyalty addition or deficit = Morality/Religion points / 2 (rounded down). Guinevere can get up to -20 based on a Tyrant/Christianity alignment. Not to mention about her Disloyal trait.
I have successfully managed someone like Merlin (Neutral/Old Faith) to have loyalty at 16+ in act 4 by sending him repeatedly for events on a T/C campaign. In Guinevere's case, the best you can hope for is Neutral.
On the flipside, Guinevere is more of a support role when compared to someone like Merlin so the negative dmg modifier doesn't hurt as much. The -1 AP sucks though.
I think you can keep her until a quest unlocks with her as a mandatory member. After that, you can maybe dtich her for someone like Isolde. T/C has access to a decree called "Purse of Gold" if you want to keep her to maybe get her Loyalty out of the -1 AP range.
Thanks for the info. It sounds more like a hassle to keep her at this point. I just put so much into ector early on that I felt compelled to roll down those paths. Perhaps on a different run. Thanks again!
You can also give a Knight a good title that matches their alignment. I think that would give a +5 at most. But it's worth considering.
