How to have all heroes in your castle

You only can have 12 in round table and can't switch them for aspirant heroes, instead of kick them forever just let them die in combat and you can have them in the crypt

Letting them die in combat is good, but how often does a resurrect token come by?

I have only seen 1 and I think it is scripted not a random drop.

There really is no good way to 'have them all'. If you leave them as aspirants, then they can't gain experience. The same is true if they're dead, they are not gaining experience. You can only train Knights that you have allowed into Camelot. If a Knight dies at level 15, you probably won't be able to do anything with that Knight if you bring it back when the quests are level 25. I have a Knight at level 9 or 10 in the Aspirant's section, and I doubt I can use him now since my quests are now 19-21.

You can purchase a resurrect token for 20 soul fragments in the soul merchant(it's an end game token)

I believe those are one-off purchases, with a chance to replenish whenever it is the guy restocks, and he's in no hurry. (Is that what the spire gauge is for?)
I bought two xp boosts from him about 4 missions ago and nothing has taken their place in the store.

I think a better idea would be to not fully expand your round table and let the new recruits fill up the aspirants section. You can get one Scroll of Resurrection during the main campaign and one during the post game - I believe. I think the best idea would be to not covet every single knight. Make a decision and go with it.
