Your Thoughts - Team Build for Very Hard

Ok I tried
Mordred, Dindraine, Ector, Brunor le Noir
Mordred, Kay, Le Noir, Merlin
Mordred, Yvain, Tristan, White Knight

Every Try with full health and perfect Equipment.
But i never beat the Boss of Act II or Beginning of Act III.

Any Sugestions for another run? "Hard" is too easy for me right now and i dont want to be frustrated again by the Difficulty Ramp end of Act II...

I finished very hard, it was hardest during ACT I, and then first new ACT missions.
Old-Faith , Righteous run (possible tyrant would be better)

At start:
Morded, Dindraine, Sir Tristan (I kinda kicked Balan), Ector at start

Mid game like lvl 13+ and enough old-faith levels:
Mordred, Sir Tristan/Beaduciea , Morgana le Fey a Lady Morgawse

This final comp, was amazing, Mordred, Morgawse were mostly CC (stuns and AP reductions), Morgana was CC and DPS, and vanguard as pure DPS.

I didn't abused nearly infinite AP stacking with vanguard, but had some AP items to help, but that came close to endgame, mostly I used vanguard to get close, do 1-2 hits and then jump away and stealth (at high levels with few traits this will be much easier, and jump was used only to boost dmg as it is movement skill)

I also finished rogue lite mode on Hard, as Tyrant/Christian, I hated it, and found that Christian seems to be really lack cluster and I would say anything christian is bad and I hated this run (was for achievement only), lack of arcanists and sages, only tons of defenders, when you need only 1.

By fielding Le Noir I guess you are on Tyrant.

Have you tried Damas?

I am so excited to try him but Christian / Tyrant is distant future for me if ever :(

Finished Very Hard 2 times with 2 different paths , i think sage is must have. As for me best sage is Lady Guinevere because of teleport , but you can resurect isolde , she has range freeze , and best setup is
Mordred > Guinevere > Merlin > Morgana le Fay a lot of disable and dmg with burning and Pyromania on merlin
On my second run i got item that allow you to deal all burning dmg instantly and merling can
attack 3 target and deal 1000dmg to each. all u need is to lower enemy armor so autoattack deal at least 1 dmg and burn target, And Morgana le Fay is fit best for this.
Some people play around vanguard , but play as mages i think is better because u dont let enemy come near you , you clear them from range

For Very Hard (even currently clearing the new postgame taking no armor / hp hits), the easiest template is Merlin, Vanguard, flex, flex. Currently cleaning house with Marksman for memes since it's easy enough, but I still don't actually recommend them.

Well played and geared Merlin and Vanguard (even with nerf) will handle 80% of all the fights. You just need your remaining two characters of choice to pick up the remaining 20%. Characters that can contribute helping Merlin and the Vanguard from ranged will be easier to use if you're going for no dmg taken clears.
