I haven't, and don't plan to try the game on Very Hard difficulty unless they come out with a mode that gives you access to all of the Knights right from the beginning.
With that said, I don't want to exclude the possibility of creating a new diff level in the future.
I think that it is perfect as is. I am playing on Hard and find it just right.
I know this is not point of this thread but I just had to tell it to someone.
I have just started Very Hard playthrough and the start is ... hard.
After Sir Ectors mission Kay has half vitality and 2 injuries and Balin like 75% and 1 injury.
I do not even have Cathedral up at this point - I was probably too optimistic and went for Training grounds while I should have gone for Cathedral first :D
Now I am afraid to start the next mission haha.
