Awesome game, difficulty is a bit too low for my taste, but by playing very hard and limiting myself to three instead of four party members, I am definetly having a blast!

Picked this game up in early access and it had some good bones, sunk about 25 hours in during that phase. Restarted once it full launched and it just gets messy past the first act (which was the early access).

Enemy types get redundant and get slapped with extra hp to keep up with your knights and there's a big spike between the end of Act 2 and 3. Did every side mission except one in Act 3 and my team was all lvl 14 for a lvl 16 mission...How did I miss so much? Or did I spread exp out too well among my group? This encompasses my biggest gripe with the game

It wants to surprise you. There is no way to tell when you will get new side missions. They just sort of pop up after you do other missions/your alignment hits a certain level to recuit a new hero. A lot of the combat encounters start one way and then enemies spawn in or it does the super fun "kill X number of waves of enemies" which always speaks to great design.

Got bottle-necked on the Green Knight boss- absolutely shredded on Normal several times before doing it with minimal effort on Story (achievement for any difficulty defeat stands at 20.2% so that speaks to how many people just give up on this game). I've put 50 some hours in and at this point Im just gonna leave it on Story and try to suffer through to the end, but even then not sure I'll be able to do that.

Good thought and some good pieces, but poorly designed and implemented.
