And yes, I was a huge Ceasar fan ... that was the 1990s, this is 2021. In none of my games am I pleading for a 1990s approach to their design.

Yes, the game has very similar sound effects like in Caesar III/Paharo. I had to adjust the audio settings to get the right balance. The music is too loud in the standard setting.
I would recommend the game if you like those old city builders like Phoroah or Caesar III. Its an improvement in nearly every single way over those old games.
