so there is a switch that you can get to from the moving platform by wind but I cannot clear the gap. Any ideas?

About an achievement: Jonathan Harker Discover the young lawyer clerk. I found him and even gave him some piece of paper, but I didn't get an achievement. Looks like it's broken.
