Can someone explain this to me? I brute forced the answer so I don't understand how you are supposed to figure it out :(

I have an issue at the very start of the game when I open a direct convo with Tracy. She posts 3 messages and after 'Why am I in here...?', I'm stuck and can't do anything. The 'type your message here' box stays white and nothing happens. I tried to reload an earlier save, started a new game, nothing helps. Any idea what to do with that?...
