Freeing Nameless

I am going round in circles in the Fort dungeon trying to find the lever/switch to free Nameless but am lost. It doesn’t help that every time you climb a ladder the enemies respawn. Also, the map is kind of hopeless in showing where you have or haven’t explored.

i just did it. make sure you have the heal spell imo, totally worth it. instant full heal. you just have try and remember where you have been

I have to agree that the enemies respawning upon changing levels within the same dungeon is quite bad. That one took me hours to complete solely because of that. It made exploring and back tracking exhausting and when I tried to run past them to speed things up, I got overwhelmed and died. They should have a cooldown instead of respawning immediately upon reloading the map.

did it with no spells, the iron sword you find just south of the starting town was the game-changer here

i'm using a steel sword 107 dmg and fast dagger 97 dmg

I think you mean hp regen and mana regen :)

Nah, with enough mana you don't need mana regen at early levels, whereas a HoT and an instant Heal are both super useful.

Where and how do I learn them spells?

HoT and an instant Heal are both super useful. that's what i have/ And Romulus, you need at least 25 points on wisdom first, then just use coins to unlock the relevant skill.

My question is: How on earth do you equip him once you have him in your team?
As best I can see I will have to head to a town for a bank/storage and see if that works.
I cannot see an obvious way to transfer items between character inventories out of town.

You need to find a chest and dump stuff in there, than change.

This is mighty usefull since companion gets all the rewards you get, so you can give them all to your main character

skills and spells do 10-20 times more damage than regular weapon attacks, mana regen is essential or you'll burn mana pots like there's no tomorrow

Yeah or just drop stuff on the ground. Easy enough. Just not what I was expecting.

i also am stuck here, almost 5 hrs going around unable to free the nameless ? 5 hours ! i have tried every path i have unlocked, like 10 times now ... gone to all 3 floors, back tracked from the start to the gates i unlocked, nothing.... im thinking its bugged ?

i have one of two gates unlocked to the center coin down the long castle path , i can not get to the second gate lever no matter where i go . the one on the west side .

its game breaking not getting the nameless as i read about on the posts ... so im kinda sol to get further ...
