Tactics suggestions for new players!

Hi mates :)
I'm trying to get some help on the Official Discord forum of the game, as I am totally lost about what kind of tactics or move set use!
I've found anything so far, so any help would be really appreciated, also, I think, for other players.
I will report here if I find something useful but, for now, thanks everyone in advance!

What we have found is that most players, to begin with, assign an assistant to
the academy and alliance, so that you only have to deal with the main squad.
Then in match, select the auto manage option, at first, so you can get to grips
with the match without having to assign moves to move sets. Then as time goes
by, and you want more control, introduce more tactics to your game.
Although you will find that some fans may have other suggestions so please keep checking on the Discord server at https://discord.gg/h8RSSVg I do hope that you are enjoying the game.

Thanks Roger, but I already asked on the discord server and no one as answered :( With auto manage option you mean QuickSim? Could you please give me at least a bit of tips about setting the defence and the general attack? Thanks!

The auto manage is in the 3D or 2D matches.
When you select it, the tactics and substitutions will be done for you.

To start with:-

The standard attack is to :- choose the forwards moves early in the tackle count,
the backs moves later in the tackle count.

The standard defence is:- a sliding defence, although the Blitz defence is the most effective
but you will find it tires players more quickly.
