Can we get 2023 database?

Hello, just started playing and I'm liking the game. It's taken me a while to figure out how to set tactics especially as I am relatively new to RL in real life. Can someone describe their approach to creating a move set, that is, what tactics you choose for each tackle? I realize this changes according to where you are in possession on the field but what for example would be your go-to make up of the 6 tackle tactics for the Red Defense Zone (on left of zone diagram)?
