You do realize that games evolve right? Specs from decades ago stop being used. I'm sure the devs kniw how to code the game. All you need to do is upgrade your 10 y/o PC

Surely they evolve, they look worse and demand more.
AAA can't code no more.

Unreal Engine will always of course require all the RAM in the universe & not use it effectively. AAA or not.

I think that's not the final requirements, it is just in case THQ force them to release the game before finished :)

While I won't defend 32GB recommended on principle (it's actually TBD) you should all have 32GB by now. Memory is cheaper than it ever has been and it's nice to have more than you'll likely ever use.

Current gen consoles have 16GB so you should probably have 24 minimum.

Nah, everyone should have a minimum of 64GB to make Unreal Engine happy with it's memory leaks......
