So I'm very into these kinds of apps, but I have to ask up front.. The flickering that is in the demo video is VERY NOT calm looking - is that just an artifact of the video or do you still have textures/polys popping in and out like that?

Voice Over and Performance Update

All the voice over for experiences have been updated.
Voice level is normalised to a more pleasant level.

The lake house experience has been updated to create a better frame rate performance.
We've removed variety of objects that may have caused jittering on the screen.

Major update InstacalmVR 2.0

With this release we have reworked instacalmVR to host multiple experiences.

In addition to the Lake house our guided relaxation escape to nature

We now have our 4 step relaxation training program. Learning the steps of mindfulness of the breathe and diaphragmatic breathing, we develop this experience to basic visualisations in our four modules.

Proper view height

It seems that the view height is off and I don't know how to fix that in-game. I tried going back to the Oculus settings and lowering the standing height to 3' 8" but it only helped raise the view a little.
