GOTF 4 ?
in my opinion most of the game play seems like galaxy on fire series , why developer create new series (or name) instead of using same GOTF series that already know with the veteran players

Every now and then game studios need a new name for their game..

anyway afaik, the devs of gotf 1 and 2 is now developing Everspace 2.

After devs of Gof1, 2 and alliances moved to RFG to make ES2, the devs that stayed at fishlabs made Gof3. And because of how poorly that game did, they've seemingly abandoned galaxy on fire and moved on to make Chorus. Who knows if we'll ever get a Gof4, but I doubt it at this point.
