can not cmplete lost ship mission

Hello everyone, I bought Chorus new and it's fun. I'm stuck with one mission:

When the sub-light is repaired, I'll take off. I shot down all of the attacking pirates. Now comes the message:

Leave in 10, 9, 8... and the mission starts over.

What do I have to do so that the mission here continues?

I tried everything.

1) Waited until the sub-drive was repaired.
2) Immediately started Tanra when I boarded.
3) Waited until the sub was half repaired...
4) Tried all the options in between.

The result is always the same; What do I have to do so that the mission continues?

Can someone help?

The objective is upwards from where you board the ship, so you need to steer it upwards, which by default on keyboard/mouse is q for up and e for down. The game really needs to do a better job explaining this.
