No cut scenes on Steam Deck

The intro video plays and in game dialogue scenes play fine, but the video scenes such as entering a new area don't play at all. Get a screen of coloured bars and a square of static like the old TV test screens. Couldn't find anyone else posting about it. Is there a known fix for this?

Game is listed as 'Unsupported' for what it's worth. I had heard that video was the issue, as well. I actually have this installed on my deck, could check it I suppose....

You can at least get video by using GEProton on Deck - see https://www.protondb.com/app/1152300. Audio's still broken though.

Thanks, I'll have to look more into all that stuff. Haven't had a chance to really look past just installing and playing a couple games yet.

Definitely worth checking out plugins using Decky Loader, you can install the 'ProtonDB Badges' extension to get compatibility ratings right on the game page, and click on them to see the comments people made - often they have quick tips on how to get games working. Best of luck!
