Scorcher achievement broken?

I have killed more than 15 scorchers in the game and it won't unlock the achievement.
Any fix for this?

I've not got that far yet: not in the frozen wilds yet.

I've seen a few other similar threads elsewhere, so it may be a bug/glitch. My achievements for other enemies have all popped.

Have you checked the stats page for recorded scorcher kills? It may not be relevant, but I'd 'killed' 5 Behemoths but it showed as 4 on the stats page. I reckon that the kill that wasn't credited was dealt the fatal blow by one of the 2 hunters on their quest to kill the robot caravan...

... I was a bit miffed about that because all they did was get in my way and attract the beasts when I was busy knocking bits off them by stealth. You live and learn. Any other quest like that, I turn down their dubious offer of 'help' and do it myself!

If it says 15(+) on there, I'd say you're glitched.

I figured it out atleast for me.
I have downloaded different save file that has over 15 scorcher kills it doesnt work with that save, i had to load old save that i played before that had under 15 scorcher kills.
Got that achievement like that.
