there is a corrupted zone with 2 of them directly south of pitchcliff across the river
i have never heard about the destroy parts reducing heart drop chance thing and i don't believe it, i destroy all the parts all the time and don't have problems farming hearts
you just have to keep farming those 2 till one drops, something i like to do when farming them is to sit up on a rock where they can't get you from below and hit one with corruption arrows and watch them kill each other
Thanks for that.
Apart from anything else, you've jogged my memory. The mention of a 'corrupted zone' struck a chord! In my NG+ play, I've been doing side quests, main quests, cauldrons, bandits ('cause I love them), but not really paid much attention to corrupted zones other than the 2 for a main quest.
As for the bit about killing them by blowing up critical areas reducing the chance of a heart, I was unsure about it myself.
I'll head to that area and if it takes the score to be...
Final score: Aloy Nora Braves 10, Rockbreaker United 0...
Hearts recovered: 1*
I suppose, I'll have to take that.
Thanks again for the reply.
* I'm playing 'Hard', not 'Ultra-hard', so I only need one.
dj8472, here's the final, final score...
Final, ultimate, definitely the last final score: Aloy Nora Braves 5, Rockbreakers United 0
Hearts recovered: 1.
Outfit equipped: 1.
I'd say that was a good result.
I went to that corrupted zone that you suggested to bring this about. It was definitely what I was thinking about. I recognised it from the stepped sandstone approach. All I can say is...
... thanks, mate!
For ultra-hard, it may be closer to needing a 10:0 scoreline, but that's why ultra-hard is ultra-hard, I suppose.
You sorted my problem, bro/sis, so all credit to you (:
I gave you an award... thought you deserved it. If I met you, I'd have bought you a drink, so I guess that's the Steam equivalent!
