MOTHER’S WATCH- the underground area where u explored when she was little
GRAVE-HOARD- mountain with huge machine just before frozen wilds
MAKER’S END - Fargo main building all the way at the top, there is a climb to get there
GAIA PRIME- its to the right after leaving the main room after the mission
I think you get a chance to get this cell, as Zelda'sSimp suggested.
These are likely the 2 you've missed?
I go and check all likely and unlikely places...

Sorry. I knew this. I was just trying to think of cells that can be missed.
Hope the OP sorts this. I never had a problem with it.
They hid that one cell behind a wall of stalactites.(Although generally I like the way they don't tell us too much, and we have to figure it out)
I just got the Gai one, but I need another.
Useful vid of cell locations> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0K5I7j9DiqU
Thanks again!

I was pretty sure there would be one in GAIA prime, when I first played. I spent ages rooting around everywhere and was convinced I'd somehow missed it when I got back outside. That little room with the shelves was such a relief!
You're better off using armor with mod slots and swapping between them based on what damage resistance you need at the moment.
I've found that using the Banuk Chieftain outfit for bonus health regeneration is quite useful in combat, as well as alternating with maxed out gear with specific resistances with purple-tier mods to boost the specific resistances. And when moving, I use a maxed out stealth outfit with purple-tier stealth mods.
So the shield weave armour is more status symbol, just useful as part of collection.
I had the werek runner, but have just bought the chieftain outfit. The health regeneration seems about the same, but the latter has a few mod slots.
I've been coming to similar conclusion about alternating.
The stealth outfits with stealth mods and stealth skills are brilliant. Other day hiding in grass, snapmaw's tail waving over her, sawtooth standing next to her. No idea aloy was there.
But if she gets hurt switch to chieftain.
I haven't found the right coils yet for for the Silent Nora outfit
