Also for the record you are the one that started replying to me so saying you don't want to argue anymore is just that, a cop out.
When you talk about fighting Deathclaws, I agree. They should be hard to kill and they should be scary. That's exactly why I am excited for this update. Right now if you are high level and you run into a lower level Deathclaw you basically one-shot it, or at least kill it super quickly. With the scaling it is going to be scary to run into one ALL THE TIME. (hopefully.)
You caught me on the level scaling with the enemies, I thought all of the Bethesda games were scaled and that is my fault. Haven't played Fallout 3 since the 360 days because I can't get it to run on my PC. With Fallout 4, I genuinely thought that all the enemies scaled.
My point is that scaling can be done in a way that no matter what your level is, enemies that are supposed to be horrifying and hard to kill will always be hard to kill, and enemies that are supposed to be cannon fodder and are just there to fight in numbers won't 1 shot you and you do no damage to it.
There needs to be a good middle ground like they did in fallout 4. Enemies were scaled but depending on what they were they could be a much high higher level than the player and that would go a long way towards making it feel less like pandering.
Make no mistake i enjoy this game and still want to play it. I just don't think i would find the game very fun anymore if it turned out to be anything like ESO.
I won't argue about item leveling though. Having a whole bunch of level 50 guns at level 20 isn't helping anyone lol.
I hope in Fallout 76 something similar will be realized...
Hey because Obsidian Entertainment was developer and now it is Bethesda....so don't expect anything where money isn't involved.

There is no comment in this thread that says it is paid BTW
