Tadpole backpack quest. Easier than you think.
Athlete. Archer. Swimming.
The "Heal player in water." can be easy. The official 76 Discord is full of players.
Get it asap.

Daily Ops. People, especially bloodied players will overestimate themselves against armor piercing mutated enemies and they go dying in seconds. And if you get an interior like the aquarium it's easy to do the quest without having to go on discords, forums and the like.

People also tend to underestimate the overgrown in general and will often get their asses handed to them in return, providing ample opportunities to revive people.
