That's good. When I had the same problem you did with keybinding seemingly scrambling before your eyes was also when I had some onedrive issues and disabling it seemed to clear things up (along with steam's file verification). It also wouldn't hurt to make sure you don't have any conflicting drivers in device manager. If all else fails reinstall F76.

Well I don't have anything to do with "One-Drive" however I do have a problem with the keyboard mapping. The first is the "E" key which does too many different functions. It opens doors, activates repairs. Stims down players, activates repair of items like turrets during events and then placing, entering and exiting power armor. The amount of time you hold the "E" key determines what function it does. Plus being next to the "W" key which is move forward can be a problem if you fat finger or miss the "W" key you may find yourself out of your power armor in the middle of a fight. There should be a way to map the multiple functions of the "E" key to other keys. Most of the other keys actions are duplicated in the mouse that could be used for separating the multiple functions of the "E" key.
Edit to clarify: I am doing it in-game, and it's messing up badly.
It has just dissappeared from the list completely
