My current stats at the moment:
- 858 Balistic resist
- 898 Energy resist
- 85 Poison resist
- 60 / 60 Cryo / Fire resist
Adding that second Aegist will push poiston to 105, which is 5 more than R2 Funky Duds, which seems to be "enough" to pretty much forget about poison damage.
So, is it worth tossing Rejuvinator's effect for this?
4x Limit Breaking + Critical Savvy rank 3 = ((100x0.6x0.55)-5-1)/1.5 = 18 Luck
3x Limit Breaking + Critical Savvy rank 3 = ((100x0.7x0.55)-5-1)/1.5 = 22 Luck
2x Limit Breaking + Critical Savvy rank 3 = ((100x0.8x0.55)-5-1)/1.5 = 26 Luck
1x Limit Breaking + Critical Savvy rank 3 = ((100x0.9x0.55)-5-1)/1.5 = 29 Luck
0x Limit Breaking + Critical Savvy rank 3 = ((100x1.0x0.55)-5-1)/1.5 = 33 Luck
So you are running 22 luck?
15 luck base + 10 on pa + mutations + food + camp (iirc you could get +2 and +2/+2 for +4 if camp items are done in the correct order)
Its not difficult to reach 32-40 luck off this combo alone which makes the limit breaking effect kinda eh
or no crit savvy and 43 luck?
or a different rank and ? luck
Would give you the effect of adding a different 1-3* luck perk card
My ones are
Trouble Str Thru Reflective - Vulcan - Robot mauler (and honestly with funky duds just doing the whole raid in this is easy, saves a swap) Robot kills himself in 40-45 seconds on average allowing me to run 8 of them in 10 minutes with a scrap (everything not 4* vulcan without even looking at it) and dump... Have some buddies are doing 2 people with guns vs him and killing him in 25 seconds... turns out his shield can be killed right away before he even pops up along with most of his health. They are using guns. But I venture the turn around with two people probably brings them up a fair bit more.
Over Luck Thru Rejuve - Union - Original Snake killer (was poisoner but it was unnecessary to have nearly 700 poison resist)
Trouble Luck Thru Rangers - Vulcan - Test set have 4/5 of the dropped (4 star armour drops so its basically free... gunna do him as bloodied)
Trouble Luck Thru Rejuve - Vulcan - 4/5 4* armours dropped... possibly become my rolling around set when its done (free is alway best why scrap a 4* armour if you can frame it and use it eventually)
Assassin End Thru Tanky - Union - PA test set... I've had 8 4* tanky mods drop and went why not
Assassin End Thru Aegis - Vulcan - PA test set have 3/5 dropped... wanna see how elastic and gimbled do they are probably going to be a pvp meta, might make it cryo instead of end
Assassin End Thru Rejuve - Union - Not yet made - PA test set have the 4* mods but am holding off to see how the freebie vulcan set above works when I complete it
I have five OE/AP/Sentinel Vulcan sets, with Aegis, Limit-breaker, Rejuvenator's, Reflective, and Ranger's mods as the fourth star. I am currently running with four limit-breaking pieces and one Rejuvenator's piece.
Why don't you make a second Vulcan set and swap the pieces around instead?
can you craft Sentinel by any chance? since you got so many PA with it.
Yes, I'm currently running 3x Limit-breaking and sit at 24 LCK... because I'm bad at math and installed an extra +2 LCK on one of the parts by accident. At this point, I could actually just put another +2 LCK to reach 26 LCK and switch one Limit-breaking for that Aegis or even find a second Rejuv instead.
Ah okay, thanks for the answer. I thought it was worth a shot to ask ^^
if it works it works
when it doesn't work you have 0 armour with 0 reductions
So when it works you save 15% (diminished) reduction
when it fails you generally take 99% more damage
Thus it saves you say 100 health in damage but costs you 10,000 from the bug
Yeah, i know but i already commited to put it on my armor
On the rare chance my "sentinel" effect fails to trigger, the damage inflicted on my character is mitigated by the overeater's effect and other perk cards. I also have other sources of ER/DR aside from my armour pieces.
Damage spikes do occur, but they are extremely manageable on a full-health build. As far as I know, even my low-health build has never died due to such inconsistencies.
That being said, you have to work your way around this bug to make the best of the "sentinel" effect. I hope a proper fix is in order.
