Black Table Floating on Left Side of Screen All the Time

I just need any advice or help since I'm not sure if I'm the only person who has this weird display bug or glitch going on (I've tried Google, Reddit, and even Tech Support but no help). There is a big black display table that looks like its suppose to have a list or text inside of it that is just permanently on my screen everytime I play Fallout 76. I've just came back to the game after like 2 months away from it and I want to have fun with the game. But this ultra annoying table on my screen is way too annoying and somehow triggers my OCD(I dont have OCD, it just makes the game look weird). Any advice will help me since I'm desperate because it feels like I am the only one having this issue with Fallout 76. I don't see any discussions on Reddit or even links to Google or Youtube that talk about my display issue. Help Plz

Turn off speak to text in accessibility and the text box will go away.

Yes, turn off all speech to text and text to speech options and it will fix it.

The game did tell you all about it on first start after the new update.
