Patently False
EN06 - Troubleshooters PA = immunity to its damage just use a stimpack once every three times it fires at you... also you need more than 1 endurance... Bullet shield and ricochet also reduce 20% of your incoming damage reflecting it 40% of the time...
This isn't uber noob content its designed as end game stuff... I mean its pretty easy and completely broken by any end game player... but man noobs can easily and I mean EASILY tank this stuff
like not reading the rest once its clear you are so very very wrong
For the vast majority of the player base...
Troubleshooters is a 1* mod, it retails for 2000 caps worst case scenario
It takes 15 modules for someone to craft
They are incredibly common at player vendors and camps
It is utterly valueless...
LITERALLY any power armour set cobbled together at level 50 with troubleshooters is more than enough
The issue noobs have is they've been able to skate by without having any semblance of a build or competent strategy not paying attention to their health or anything else
Raids requires you to have some semblance (not much but some) of an understanding of the surface mechanics of the game
All you need is SOME endurance... not much but some...
Ricochet a 1 star perk
Bullet shield a 4 star perk
Dodgy a 3 star perk
Lifegiver helps a 2 star perk
So you have another 40 stars worth in perks to use for your build before even breaking into legendary cards
Stage 2: everyone has to gather fuel from the start, if you have nuka grenades occasional toss will help out greatly, the damage from moles before warning message(increased hostility) is negligible so please get a few cans first.
check your surroundings in the tunnel and ping ultracite mole miner if you can for others nearby
start with furthest fuel cans, leave easy pickings for the last.
Stage 3: Lynx has cryo grenades that drain all of your action points, priority target 2 after drones/generators
Stage 4: don't underestimate horde when you're lugging the ultracite mole miner along, they can stagger you in power armor in the most inopportune moments
jumping can sometimes lead to rubber banding and horde scampering for a new target
pathing for the horde is janky, rails/walls will often result in them getting stuck
ideally only one person should be doing the process until the ultracite miner is dead, rest of the team can chill on top of big vertical crystals.
Stage 5: target the snake's eyes, not the head, eliminate tail asap
general tip: share useful perks, team medic is mandatory and will save lives, power reboot legendary perk can revive you if you get punched by ultracite miners
Word?
Whoever designed it should be fired for incompetence
The issue though is you can survive with the occasional stim, you (general you, I'm sure there are players that can) can't do much damage. That is where ricochet and Power Armour comes in. This nonsensical combination increases reflect chance and damage.
Something that might be interesting to try is science perks. Sounds weird but it goes like this. The ricochet is an attack from you but not your weapons. The Guardian doing energy might get buffed by the science perks. I noticed this increased damage to Gutsys in a Daily Ops, going from 2 reflects to 1 to kill (though it was a healing mutation so that aura might have bugged out...).
Anyway... the cheese and cheat strategies are ramping up now regardless... for every stage...
OOh Oh!
You tell'em.
I'll try it next.
Get a quad gamma gun with 2* rapid; mods: deep dish (pizza and more rads) and signal repeater (fully auto).
Grab yourself tank killer and +50%+ automatic (guerrilla perks) pistol damage and nerd rage. Throw in life giver so you can withstand a bit of damage at low HP.
Irradiate to nerd rage (scales adrenal too; more rad damage) and nuke all 3 as soon as they can be damaged. With just me and a buddy we cleared it without any gens repairing. We use holy fires to kill the genies from a fair range easily at the start and i used endangerol (dont know if this works, but it's a habbit of mine to use it anyway).
Easiest trophy by far!
