Visual Bug (lighting issue with explosions)

when i throw out a grenade the explosion goes off then the flash of light happens after the explosion. like the light and the explosion animation are out of sync

Not supposed to be watching the Explosion-your supposed to keep your head down or lay down. Didn't they teach you anything in the Vault you were in for 27 years.

funny but not of any help. i know its just a visual thing but it is very annoying but not game breaking.

Do you have a little video clip or GIF or something you can make to show the issue?

I think I get this on Pulse grenades but not on any other types of nades
