It's a cosmetic camp item, I don't think it's tradeable and should stop dropping after you learn it, if you like collecting steins then it's worth something but otherwise no.

People on maket76 saying its trade-able , Not sure if its a glitch but in the past all these where non tradable

I looks pretty cool for a Stein, but I tried to put it in my vendor awhile back and no no no. So I ate it and just made some steins. Can't sell them either. But who really knows, things change from day to day on here. Player still selling things that you can't even get on 76..
