I've of course built a new PC (r5 3600, 32GB ram, rtx 3060) and got rid of that potato since then... But yeah you can play this game fine with your specs.
Hell I was on vacation once and managed to play a little bit on my old 2012 laptop with integrated graphics and 8GB ram... albeit at like 24-30 fps and absolute minimum settings... but it was "playable" in the general sense of the term.
