Is the Root cellar a limited time shelter?

I saw a root cellar in a other player camp and the vibe would match my camp (More than a giant transport drone). But I cant seem to find it in the Atom shop? Is it a limited time shelter?

yes, it;s time limited. You'll have to wait for it to came back.
Of course, you can ask BGS Costumer service if you can buy it from atom shop, Provided that you had enough atom to do that.

It will be full price from Bethesda Support. If you wait for the Atomic Shop, it might have a sale. Also, there seems to be a problem building in that shelter at the moment, top section is fine. but the lower section seems to be out of bounds, unless you build in the air, above the floor.

I got it when it first came out and have seen it 2 other times in the Shop after that. Good place to store your food and stuff-Not - no food items aloud. You can make shelves of canned feet and mutant heads and eyeballs and brains, dog food, but no veggies or canned fruit. Humm
