Building the Neighborhood Shelter, need cement
Only half way done with budget and half the Neighborhood Shelter is done. I made a quarter mile of raised Freeway and didn't have a cement truck. The shelter is huge. I need to build about ten more houses. Time to do a cement run.
Don't forget, in shelters you can build in mid air, so you can also make an obstacle course in the air. You can also build about 6 ladders high. Those big red dinosaurs look tiny way over there from the other side. Is the Wasteland Shelter that big?

The new Responders camp by the vault. Small stacks all around the building, Have to look close to find the bricks, they look like all the others and every mine with mole miners has bags. Any place with any kinda construction site also.

Usually two sacks at Wavy Willards Water Park by the maintenance shop (often a bobblehead near the armor bench) at the end of the swimming pool. I always picked them up after Alien Invasion or the kill 'x' Scorched daily.

Toxic Wasteland shelter is larger than the neighborhood. It is 29 units square, and at least 8 units high.

Thanks, I took over the Junkyard for the cement, but forgot about the random resource node's on the roads. There is one in the Y in the road south of the Junkyard.
