What's up with people buying out all 3* legendaries?

I put all my 3* legendary drops/purchases I don't plan on using to the vendor and they sell out immediately, is there a reason people buy them all out? Scrip farming? I have max scrip constantly by simply playing events and getting drops.

Honestly I'm just glad I get rid of it, as I can't scrap it all because of daily scrip limit, same for cap limit on vendors, I don't really look to get rich from them and even now I'm pretty much non stop at caps limit.

A good way to have caps is selling junk legendaries to buy cheap script, i usually pay 10-15 caps for 1 script, maybe you put them too cheap and ppl went like crazy to your vendor....

Well I always undersell "crap" legendaries, no reason to have them taking space when I can turn them into spendable caps I then use to get whatever stuff people sell that I need/want.

I will buy cheap 3 stars when I see them. I max out my scrip on each account and then hoard legendary modules to roll armor and weapons.
