Ultracite Calibrated shocks.

I might have the plan learned, but do you really need it? Ultracite is not the best power armor. Hellcat and T-65 are tied for the best mitigation. Excavator and Union are considered the most useful due to built-in carry weight. Union has the advantage of including poison DR, replacing the need for Funky Duds.

After tomorrow's patch, Union PA stamps cost will decrease, and you can farm The Pitt as much as you want.

Outside of roleplay or simply preferring the looks of un-painted PA, I don't see any reason to use anything other than Union.

i know T-65 and hellcat are better but i need the plan for my strangler power armor. so i need it as plan because it cannot be dropped. i already own T-65 and hellcat but i want to use the strangler because it looks badass. so if you come across the plan or wish to grind it with me ill happily come along since i've been looking around for so long and i am tired

It is the second hardest plan to get, I have 10 players on 2 accounts and have gotten it only 2 times. Once was 4 years ago and I sold it at the Queen event to a player for 500 caps, at the time I only had 5 caps so it seemed like a good deal at the time.

I have launched hundreds of nukes on Fissure Prime, and participated in hundreds of Scorched Earth where I didn't launch, and have never seen the plan.

Alternative solution: Roll for weight reduction effects. Figure out what is taking up the most weight and prioritise that effect.

Rolling for Chem/food/drink reduction was the only way I could use my SH before the shocks as due to Chem backpack mod that was the heaviest category in PA.

Even after getting the plan didn't really need them as the effects covered the weight management nicely.

i've done that but i mainly need the shocks to carry alot of things. mainly random legendary junk from my father.

use 76 market reddit for trades. Its pretty quick and frequently used.

well the reason i am looking for the plan is since straggler power armor is ultracite if you did not know. but straggler armor is not droppable sadly

I have only got it the one time in 4k+ hours over 8 characters.

I do see emergency protocols plan for sale at player vendors every now and then but calibrated shocks almost never.

I have 2,166 hours played on steam. On launcher 573...that's a total of 2,739 hours I've played(over 3 1/2 years). Sadly you are complaining that " been looking around for so long and i am tired"
