There is a trick if you have the CAMP budget available. You basically just place all of your walls as door frames and change them to walls once they have all been placed. I would use the warehouse version just because I think it only requires wood (doesn't really matter other than that as far as I recall.)
For whatever reason you can place door frames face to face to where you get the inside of the wall on both sides allowing you to have wallpaper on both sides.

But that's pointless now as those who responded no longer work at the company.
You'd need the new crew to come up with the same idea independently, reinvent the wheel so to speak.
It can be done as modders can do so, just need BGS to learn how as they are somewhat stubborn with learning from others.
