Anyone have any of these and are willing to sell them in game at their vendor shop?

i have one of them and use it at the mannequin.


you can't sell them. i just tested it.

At one time you could sell them I know because I have sold them in the past
but now they can no longer be sold
I have seen some in some vendors which was put in the machines before the change
if you try to buy them it simply will not go through
