One hit kill weapon

Can you tell me step by step how get them or/and make them please.

Instigating rifle or plasma caster is a good start. Then use the concentrated fire perk card and do headshots only. You need the damage perk cards (like better crits) , mutations, magazines and bobbleheads too. 2nd and 3rd star is the crit ones. AA perk card helps but its the crit and flat damage perk cards that matters. To one-shoot get the base damage on the rifle, after all the buffs, to about 700-1000. Roughly speaking.

Depends on your build. I've had a fair amount of success with making a stealth bow-arrow character that could one shot most mobs. Right now using heavy guns power armor Grand Finale the Broadsider cannon you can get some Nuke world tour special events (not sure which one). but it kills a good chunk of things in 1 shot.

Shoot squirrels, now any weapon is a one shot except erhm... the Pearly Peepers and camera (bash).

That's the missing part of the equation, what is it you want to one shot?

I seen other player kill even the Queen of bat with just one hit, and I been kill server time with just one hit and have no ideal how they do it so I just assume they got a hack and cheating. And they where not using the fatman or flamer all where using some kind of range weapon Seen in eviction notice them killing all the mob with just one hit too. would be nice be able to do that too, if I could do that I could play the game solo, launch a nuke kill the queen bat solo.

All depends on your build like other people said. There are mob you can kill easily with a one shot but there are also mobs that are more tankier than others which means not that easy to 1 shot. Not saying its impossible but harder to kill.

Personally i like the bloodied / Commando / stealth VATS build with my Fixer thats ignores 50% of the armor. Alot of enemies goes down fast. Commando build means automatic weapons, Rifleman build means single shot weapons all depends what you like.

In short? You can one shot enemies but some are way harder to kill in one shot. Depends on your build, weapons, gear and Legendary perks.

A good Plasma caster roll will one shot a lot of stuff in the game when using VATs. Unfortunately your luck can sometimes be against you and will miss something at point blank range but that is VATs for you.

The damage you can get from a Plasma Caster crit is pretty awesome. From what I recall it will one shot most mobs but it won't one shot something like a Op boss. It will mow them down fairly quick though.

Of course there are a bunch of perks that will help you with crit damage etc but it is pretty beastly as is in VATs. I actually got tired of it because it was like using easy mode (not that this game is hard or anything, but you can go auto-pilot with a good PC build.)

For normals, my Gauss sniper rifle in stealth mode one shots pretty much everything except 3 star legendaries and colossal bosses (of course) . I also use VATS and target the head.

I can also one-shot cars which is much more satisfying.
