Plans for the chinese stealth armor

It seems like i effed up something and i cant get the plans as a reward from that woman in foundation. She seems to be gone for good as in no where to be found.

Im at lvl105 or something after like 5 years of on and off playing so i cant even remember what the mission was since i did it like years ago.

Can someone sell me the plans? I obviously dont have much to give in return.
I can give like 2000caps and then i have 2 legendary weapons nuke launcher daisycutter and quad tesla rifle with 300% ammo, +50% crit damage, -25% action point cost.

If there is another way to get the plans let me know.

If you didn’t do the Settler quest line, then the only way to get the plans is from Samuel or Minerva for bullion.

Bullion plans are not tradeable.

If you focus purely on the dailies you can get 110 gold per day from those 11 notes, plus 300 a week for 6,000 caps from the guy in the Wayward.

yeah missing out on the Settler quest to obtain it for free is a huge bummer. But farming 4000 bullion wont take as long as you think it will. Just grind the big public events, do all the dailies that reward notes, and dont forget you can spend caps at the bar once a week to buy up to 300 bullion.

Also dont forget to check Minerva because she has a chance to sell the stealth suit at a huge discount! 25% off.

Just have checked Minerva's shedule and you have to wait for around march month to get it with discount ... .

Meantime, Minerva will have the Secret Service Armor and his jetpack, thursday nov 23, at Whitesprings. Around 3.5k to 4k gold bullions ... .

So, Chineese Stealth Armor is part of the free rewards when doing the Vault 79 quest with the Settlers ... .

When doing this quest, it's a good thing to do the quest for the two sides (Settlers/Raiders) until you have to choose one side to finish the quest ... . By doing it that way, you grind Reputations and you earn rewards.

Just have checked Minerva's big sale (nov 23/Whitesprings) and she will have the Chineese Stealth Armor and Helmet.

I feel sorry for the confusion ... .

After that, the next chance to have it will be around the march month.
