Some Newbie questions about SPECIAL stats...

Some Newbie questions about SPECIAL stats...
1) is 15 the max points we can have on each special stats?
2) Every legendary special card gives 5 point if fully maxed?
3) Is there a way to go over 15, I think I have seen a video where those stats were over 15 but I could be wrong.

1) 15 is the max card slots, you can have much higher SPECIAL than that.
2) Correct.
3) Several, like legendary armor and weapon buffs, chems, mutations etc. Easiest way to go over 15 is unyielding armor set, for example my rifleman's AGI is 33.

Will it show on the Perk panel that you have 15+33? And will that allow you to place more cards under Agility?

The perk deck remains at 15 maximum for each SPECIAL. But your stats (SPECIAL) can go higher then that ... .

It shows in Pip-Boy's Stat menu's SPECIAL tab. You can't equip more than 15 points worth of perks no matter how high your SPECIAL is.

I see you only gain attributes from having higher stats but you can't add more cards, thanks
