Report a translation problem
In Game you learn to speak Emoticon. Otherwise you have to use an external option, Discord, Steam Chat or whatever. The Voice options also are horrid in game which is why no one even talks about that.
These developers share a brain.. poorly..

You are wasting your time, either move to discord or ignore it... anyways 99% times there is no point.
You missed the point of what was said, as the actual answer.
It's against the EULA. Bethesda won't care, until they do care.
You're free to take the risk, it's your game. That also means you bare the burden of responsibility and consequence should Bethesda decide "feeling cute today, might ban all the mod users".
If it happens, don't come crying or screeching here or on the reddit about it. The only answer you'll end up getting is "your fault" or "told you so".
