ZERO help from Bethesda customer service - Lost account.

I was playign way back when FO76 used it's own bethesda launcher
and i quit before it was moved to only steam launcher.
I then changed my email because i couldn't access my old anymore
and when i approached Bethesda's customer service both on discord and
emails, i received ZERO help ... despite several tickets.

My account isn't hacked , it's just dormant.. My friends has been askign
me to try and get my account back, but after no help from Bethesda,
i'm starting to consider my account lost ...

I was even banned from their discord when i pointed out all the flaws
with Star Field so no more help from discord either...

ye from what i understand how... no help can be gained anywhere.

Take this as a warning. If you buy any Bethesda Product, don't expect any costumer service help if bad stuff happens.

I mean, without proper verification you are just some dude trying to gain access to someone's account. I agree with Bethesda on this one. Plus, you ranted on discord about another game ? Kinda sounds like you may be one of those... um, what do they call them ? Entitled douchebags ?

your old account may be tied to your payment method
you may be able to use that or the game code if you have it to retrieve your account

It is not their fault you allowed that email to become inaccessible and dormant. Don't put all the blame on people who are not responsible for that happening.

I have had mostly good experiences with Bethesda customer support. Maybe mainly because i do not expect them to fix things that are not their fault or blame them for that.
