How do i increase my fps?

you need to play with your ini im hitting 300 fps, but i need to max it to 120 in nvidia

add more RGB to your computer it's a 4-5fps increase

goto your Documents\my games\Fallout 76 and open the Fallout76Prefs.ini then search for iPresentInterval and change it from 1 to 0. turn down your shadows in-game to medium, make sure you are in Fullscreen (not windowed) and you should have better FPS.
