Help with camera moving on its own
Just started the game and everything was fine until I stepped outside of the vault. Now when standing absolutely still the camera constantly shakes like it has parkinsons disease.

If I alt+tab out of the game to google for solutions the camera stops shaking and is perfectly still as it should be. The moment I tab back into the game it goes right back to parkinsons disease.

Mouse and keyboard setup. Dual monitor. Don't have this issue in any other game. There is nothing wrong with my mouse.

I have exited the game completely and started it back up, but the game continues to have parkinsons. I can't even aim my weapon due to all of the shaking.

Any help or guidance?

I unplugged the mouse completely to eliminate it as an issue. The game still shakes uncontrollably in 1st and 3rd person. I also took off all of my clothes and the game still shakes.

If I press "f" and bring up the radial menu the shaking stops.
If I enter the map the shaking stops.

But in the world the game just shake, shake, shakes non-stop no matter what.

Not a camera bug. after closer inspection its my actual character moving. I thought the camera had Parkinsons, but it's my actual character model. It's like a movement key is constantly being tapped. His leg twitches like he's going to take a step but doesn't, which causes the camera to spaz out because my character is 'moving'.

Weird. Lemme know if you have a solution. Uninstalling for now and playing all of my other games that don't have this weird bug.

Something to try is turning off mouse acceleration. Not sure if it will help but it is easy to do.

Go to Documents/My Games/Fallout 76

Open Fallout76.ini in notepad. Scroll down until you find the section [Controls] and add the following line after the 2 lines that are here

bMouseAcceleration=0

Save and then try the game to see if it did anything.

Also check what FPS you are getting in game. The engine cannot handle it if it goes over about 160 FPS and will do funky things like mess with player movement control. Make sure you have a FPS cap to keep it well under this.
