Help me unblock my friend

My friend accidentally blocked me and now we can't play together. The solution to this problem on the official Bethesda website is:
"If you need to unblock a player, have another player invite that player to a group and then join that group. Once in the same team and in the world on the same server, you can then unblock them from the "Recents" list."

Help me get this done please

Sure, send me friend requests and join my server, IGN: Eriskumma. There's another solution though, install Elder Scrolls: Legends. It's free and uses the same friend list as FO76 but with better tools for managing it.

No, there is no way to see who has been blocked once you leave the game.

Could be, tbh not sure what they were asking but replied in case they meant ES:L's friend list tools.
