I have a Fallout 76 Should I buy fallout 4?

Fallout 4 is well worth playing.I have over 1,500 hours and some players I know have over 5,000 hours. Also its due to have a free next gen update this month.

Talk about going about it ass backwards, FO4 isnt perfect but yah its worth playing especially when on sale, get it plus the Far harbor DLC and your good to go. (maybe nukaworld, but its kinda meh)

each fallout game is in the same universe as all other fallout games but a different area, story and time, so if you are playing for lore, buckle in and start playing all of them and say goodbye to your family

76 is in a pocket universe all to its own, disconnected from Canon. There are tie in points to establish the foundations. Beyond that 76 is just a Bowl of Old Cold Spaghetti. Crusty, messy, convoluted mess.

Good Choice. I replayed Fallout 4 today and it's very dated and has convoluted mechanics compared to Fallout 76.

Well Fallout 4 it's dated, it's an old game compared to the 76 (and the 76 it's very crapped).

It's good modded, vanilla is meh and fairly short.

Did you start with 76? Well, they only get better from there... Perhaps do a line up of fallout games by metacritic rating, starting at the lowest and going up the list. Fallout 76 is metacritic 52/100....They go up a lot higher than that.

The only thing good about fallout 4 is the fact you can mod it into not being fallout 4...
Apart from the larger settlement building (which you then get the joy of sims who couldnt even find their mouth to feed themselves if they tried.

Fallout 76 has more weapons, armour, QoL, crafting, better perks, more flexable builds, argubably a better story than going around shouting "SHAUN" for several hours.

Is it worth trying?

Case in point you might really really like fallout 3..... But that doesnt mean im going to play it over new vegas.
