You need to go to Documents/My Games/Fallout 76
Open Fallout76Prefs.ini in notepad. Search for the lines below. Change them to be shown as below. Save and enjoy a crisper looking game.

and the game even look better the fps are more stable and no more motion sickness.
The graphics options are pretty limited, and if game is this messed up, can't imagine what else is messed up and ideally, hoping this older game already had these things worked out or some workaround. So far, switching to 3rd person and adjusting FOV (made it higher) seemed to help.
