Multi-monitor Issue

I have 3 monitors on my gaming machine, and for some reason Fallout 76 is opening partially across my center (main) monitor and my right side monitor, and I can only see 1/4 of the game screen as it appears to be at a resolution significantly larger than my computer resolution.

Same issue for me, though I only use two monitors. I can't even accept the EULA as the button is "below" my screen.

I found the issue and solution. The issue was a pair of settings in the Fallout76Prefs.ini file located in Fallout 76 save directory for the game.

..\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76

The game was set to a resolution of 3840 × 2160 (4k) and set to Windowed Borderless mode.

The 2 settings in question were

iSize H=2160
iSize W=3840

Once I changed the settings to

iSize H=1080
iSize W=1920

The game opened up correctly.

Love that a game made past 2010 has issues with multiple monitors. Why have it DEFAULT to 4k? This is just dumb, and they'll fix fallout 4, breaking mods, but won't fix this.
