This game have World Bosses?

None of these are really World Bosses. No FO76 does not have World Bosses. To access any of them it requires a Quest action to have them appear. A 'World Boss' simply exists in the world to be challenged at any time. A WB then typically 'requires' every player in that game world to defeat it. In FO76 you are always on a timer to defeat the Big Bosses, thus if you don't have enough people show up you can fail on time. WB's do not have timers until dead, then it's the respawn timer.

Back in the day Warhammer Online and RIFT taught us this engine is severely limited to 50 visible people within sight radius which means big boss fights are not a great solution. When F76 launched this game had the same problems where the boss could be invisible on the screen yet still killing people until enough bodies were reduced below 50 then the boss would be visible again.

Some will appear where you summon them. Others at a fixed location or inside a dungeon.

Well, if you mean super bullet sponges then there are three of them all triggered by nukes.
