I can't pick up itens from ground, bubbleheads and magazines

After 5min playing, i cant pick up nothing on the ground and there is a square on top of the loot as if it really gave you the opportunity but dont show the item name, and i can loot bags and NPCs

Are you in the vault on your way out? Very few items in the vault can be looted.

No, my account is level 67, I'm coming from the Microsoft Store to Steam, but after playing for a while I can't pick up anything on the ground, such as: weapons, boobleheads, magazines and scraps

I sometimes have to crouch to pick things up.

I sometimes have to crouch to pick things up.

I found that i have uncaped my fps, and locked to 120, but the game doesnt support 120 and i cant even move with power armor, with 90 fps game game is normal

I ran into an issue like that, but it was gone when I returned to the game the next day. I assume it's something fixed by reloading the game or restarting the PC.
