Why Nuka quantum grenade costs in 2 times more than plasma grenade?

when plasma grenade have 50% more damage and quantum version of nuka grenade dosen't penentrate the obstacles :\

I pick up more plasma nades than i use, i don't find quantum..takes more resource to craft so costs more /shrug

nuka grenades have taken over my arsenal they seem to tag everything within 100 feet. Working better with grenadier perk.

I always kill myself with Quantum grenades. I can throw 3 or 4 Nuka's in a row and still live to pick up the loot.

According to this, the Quantum grenade does 25 more damage than the Plasma.
But Plasma is a better value, as it costs much less per grenade.
